In early July 2014, Yannick Alléno took charge of the kitchen at Pavillon Ledoyen, a three star restaurant with a seat capacity of 45 guests on the Champ Elysées. He now manages this historical building, over 23,681 sq ft large, and imbues it with his creative energy. In this renowned house of cooks, Yannick Alléno follows in the steps of his many famous predecessors. The chef expresses his steadfastly French vision of gastronomy by emphasizing his research on modern sauces.

Drouant

This historical Parisian restaurant, founded in 1880, has been the headquarters of the famous Goncourt and Renaudot literary prizes since 1914. Antoine Westermann became owner and chef in 2006.

Here he expresses his take on French middle-class cuisine. Drouant celebrates the hors d’oeuvre tradition and uses only seasonal produce. The best of the best without fuss!
